Notes:
The links above are to minutes of the Steering Group of the Moor Pond Woods project..
The Moor Pond Woods steering committee is made up of representative from the partnership that manages the project in the woodland area to the west of Papplewick. (for more information click here). The partnership scheme was established as a millennium project of the Parish Council in Autumn 1999. The partners are Papplewick Parish Council, Linby Parish Council, Gedling Borough Council, Ashfield District Council, Nottinghamshire County Council and the Friends of Moor Pond Wood.
From 2000 until 2008 the Steering Group has been a sub-committee of the Council. After 2008 it is anticipated that overall coordination of the project will devolve to the Friends of Moor Pond Woods.
The MPW Steering Committee meets bi-monthly on average, depending on the quantity of business.
The minutes are posted after they have been checked at the following MPW meeting.
They are presented as '.pdf' files. If you have not got a copy of 'acrobat reader' software, you can download it (free of charge) from http://www.adobe.com/products
Minutes of all meetings can be viewed on application to the Clerk
