This is all farmland at present.
Advantages
  • The site is close to community facilities, eg school, shops.
  • Close to bus and tram access to Nottingham.
  • A small site which develops an existing village.
Disadvantages
  • The land is all existing Green Belt.
  • The land is mostly high grade agricultural land.
